resume. Do not worry if don’t currently have a match
today. We will retain your information on our air-tight,
secure servers, allowing you to be one of the first
candidates contacted when a match does arise. We have
state-of-the-art, customized, industry-specialized
software that allows us to find you in a speedy manner.
Even if you are not actively seeking new opportunities
today, you can feel safe in providing us with your
career and contact information in order to be notified
of any relevant positions open within our network of
client companies and industry contacts.

understanding of your previous accomplishments. We read
beyond your “Objectives” and “Keywords” to learn what

When a Match is Identified
Once a potential match is identified on paper, Bluespeed
Technology will reach out to you for a detailed
conversation about your background, desires and the
opportunity. We will be interested in hearing more about
the accomplishments noted on your resume, as well as
your future aspirations, salary requirements and other
particulars. At that point, we will also provide you
with detailed information on the opportunity and Client
Company, complete with a job description, white papers,
websites and any additional information we may have. You
will then have time to digest the information on your
own and conduct your own research in a comfortable
setting. Next, we will work with you to create a
compelling presentation of your abilities and desires to
submit to our client. Finally - and ONLY with your
blessing – we will submit the presentation as an
official introduction to our client.
After the formal presentation, we will aggressively seek
our clients’ impressions of the information provided. We
promise that you will be notified within 24 hours of any
definitive feedback – positive or negative. Some of our
clients' objections can be overcome through additional
dialogue, which we are happy to explore with you.
Nevertheless, we at Bluespeed hope to assist in your

feedback provided by the hiring company.
After interest is generated on the client’s side,
Bluespeed will escort you through the interview process.
We will provide interviewing tips and detailed
preparation for the various stages of the process,
including any insight we have on the individual
interviewers. We ask that you immediately contact us
after any and all interviews so that we can gather your
impressions of the interview, determine if you are
interested in proceeding and be able to relay those
thoughts to the hiring authority in a speedy fashion. In
turn, we will also provide you with the feedback that is
provided by our clients to make sure you have a clear
understanding of our client’s level of interest and
enthusiasm.
At the offer stage, we are experts in shouldering the
salary negotiation duties on your behalf. Having an
experienced, third-party negotiator can provide a
welcome buffer in these potentially uncomfortable
discussions. We consistently help candidates and clients
come to a point of enthusiastic agreement in these
sometimes tense final stages.
