Financial Services Consulting Practice Leader – Asset Management

We are seeking Practice Leaders in the Financial Services arena in the Northeast for our esteemed client. The majority of their clients are large organizations, and as a result, an understanding of how organizations like these work, and how they purchase products and services is important. 

Our client is a leading independent Research and Development Services provider which offers strategic Business and Information Technology Services to its Fortune 1000 clients across a wide array of industries.  With over $7 billion in annual revenue and 100,000+ employees they are one of the largest providers of outsourced R&D, BPO and IT Advisory Services in the world.  

Sound understanding of Asset Management industry, has worked in tier 1 organization in the space or has been in large consulting firms servicing capital market clients.
Should be willing to travel fairly extensively especially to Europe and India.
BUSINESS 
Should have participated in Industry forums and other external speaker situations. 
Should have good contact in the industry to get new business traction. Knows senior leaders in the industry. Must be well networked. 
Should have worked on the business side, getting new business, working with prospects.

LEADERSHIP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Brings executive-level presence. Can strongly pitch to potential customers. 
Must be logical and persuasive in thinking and communication. 
Should be hands on in content creation and preparing power-point pitches. 
Should have written white papers and other documents, added advantage would be in published externally and spoken in the industry.   
Should have played leading customer facing role in either an operations or technology groups within the securities industry or in a service provider firm (technology or BPO / KPO type).
