What to Expect

When Bluespeed takes on a search assignment, you get a proven, dedicated team devoted to finding you the right person for your organization.  We have a unique “triple-filtered” search process that involves a segmented, yet team-based approach.  In fact our clients as a result of this process interview over 90% of the candidates we submit.  You can expect a helpful, personable team to ethically conduct a thorough search on your behalf, portraying you as a highly desirable organization in the marketplace.

A Bluespeed Practice Leader will work diligently with you to collect your job requirements (including the “nice-to-haves”) and learn what kind of personality fits best with you and your company.  Further, we will work with you to develop marketing collateral to appeal to your target audience.  This information is relayed to our Director of Sourcing.

Our Director of Sourcing is an AIRS Certified search expert that is able to combine our internal network of professionals with the ones available via a number of internet sources.  Further, he’s exceptionally skilled at compiling target lists of potential passive candidates in target organizations found via search engines and referrals.

The next phase involves the work of our Candidate Relations Managers who contact and qualify potential candidates and who grow relationships by word-of-mouth networking specifically designed to fill the client’s open position.  The Candidate Relations Managers will generate interest in the position among the candidates who are properly qualified for the role and will compile notes and gather documentation which highlight the reasons that the candidate is indeed a good fit.

Candidates who pass this filter are then passed back to the Practice Leader, who will talk to the best candidates, compile additional notes, highlight the bright points of our client’s offering and, with approval, present the interested candidate to our client.  The Practice Leader then guides both the client and candidate through the interviewing process, using his experience and consulting skills to ensure that the final-choice candidate enthusiastically accepts the offer.
