For this particular client we are seeking an accomplished Practice Manager to be responsible for pre-sales/solution architecture responsibilities within the Testing Services Practice.
Our client is an independent Consulting arm of a leading Research and Development Services provider which offers strategic Business and Information Technology Services to its Fortune 1000 clients across a wide array of industries. With over $4 billion in annual revenue and 70,000+ employees they are one of the largest providers of outsourced R&D, BPO and IT Services in the world.
Practice Manager – Testing Services
Skills Required:
• Strong sales and delivery background along with responsibility for Testing Services business handling accrual.
• Previous experience in working with development team to sell Testing business. Should be able to drive large testing deals.
• Experience in delivering offshore/onsite model.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• At least 3 to 5 years of Industry domain expertise in Enterprise Services, Media, Entertainment, pharma, or Banking and Financial.
Roles and Responsibility:
• Responsible for achieving revenue target and working closely with BDMs to hunt new business.
• Ability to drive RFPs and turn out proposals as per the timeline.
• Experience in providing out of box solutions in testing business for Enterprise Services customers.
• Work closely with account team to mine more business in the existing account.
• Liase with the delivery team for ensuring project sign off and billing.
• Work with offshore team to ensure smooth delivery and close all customer issues.
• Should be able to drive accounts with maximum customer satisfaction.
Locations – NewYork, NY and Dallas, TX
Compensation – $125,000 – 200,000
Travel is required, but it’s typically regionally focused, so come with your running shoes on. Oh, and don’t forget your BS/BA degree.
