Camden King
Co-Founder,

Camden consults, networks with and presents appropriate opportunities to candidates for roles within Bluespeed’s client companies.  Camden has an innate ability and acquired experience to precisely quantify and qualify the potential of executive candidates.

His experience, energy and talent enable him to gain access to, interact with and attract the most qualified executives throughout corporate America.

Camden differentiates himself with his direct, decisive style and his sense of humor in dealing with potential candidates. He recognizes that to truly excel at recruiting, one must be more human than machine, and it is this empathetic touch that helps ensure that the people he works with will never feel like a number.

Camden is an expert at assisting job seekers with personal and career assessment, identification of career options, resume preparation, job search skills and strategies and interview preparation. His highly detail-oriented approach also ensures that the flow of candidate information is bold, bright and accurate.

Prior to Bluespeed, Camden initiated and built the sales and marketing division of a larger Silicon Valley recruiting firm during the “fast and furious” late 1990’s. While there, he was a senior contributor and top producer.

Kendall Messner
Co-Founder, Senior Managing Partner

As Bluespeed’s Chief Client Executive and Candidate Advocate, Kendall sets the highest standards of client service for the firm and provides leadership and execution on all top-level placements.

His vision and commitment to excellence have provided the platform for Bluespeed Technology’s service model.

Kendall’s extensive understanding of recruiting processes and in-depth knowledge of the IT Services and Biotechnology verticals help make him immediately effective in all of the assignments that he conducts.  He also recognizes the importance of partnering with his clients to fulfill their needs.  Clients often turn to him for advice and guidance on complex recruiting issues beyond those that come up in routine searches.  His commitment to his clients has earned him an outstanding and well-deserved reputation in the executive search world.

Equally important, Kendall also serves as the primary source of information, advice and guidance for candidates through the often complex interviewing process.  He will tell the candidate exactly what the feedback from the client is throughout the interviewing experience.  The relationships he develops continue beyond successful placements.  Kendall prides himself on following-up – in fact, many of the hiring managers within Bluespeed's client companies started as Bluespeed candidates.

Prior to Bluespeed, Kendall spent several years in the “Boom Days” of recruiting in the late 90’s as a senior contributor at a larger firm.  Before this, he successfully completed a five-year stint as a full time commercial and corporate speaker at industry events, trade shows, charity events and the North American stand-up comedy circuit.  He has been quoted as an authority in the Wall Street Journal, as well as numerous other publications.  Further, he authors quarterly newsletters in both the Biotech and the IT Services domains.

Eric Gilson
Co-Founder, Director of Sourcing & Operations

Plainly and simply, Eric builds and burns haystacks that produce the proverbial ‘needles’ for our clients.  Eric’s knowledge of online recruiting tools is unsurpassed.

He  played a role in the beta testing of a number of tools and products, including AIRSOxygen.  Eric achieved his AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter designation with a test score of 97%.
