and Employ - The Bluespeed Process
At Bluespeed Technology, we use a segmented,
“triple-filtered” process to ensure that the right
person is placed into the right role with the right
company. Each step is managed by different
Bluespeed Team Members to provide a synergized
perspective and create the proper match.
The
key stages of our search process are:
Evaluating the Role and Opportunity
We begin with an extensive evaluation of the client and
the exact role he or she needs to fill. Bluespeed
Technology works intimately with the client to arrive at
a thorough understanding of the organization, its
culture, and the specifications of the position to be
filled. We take great pride in our ability to not
only match required skill sets, but also to locate the
right cultural fit for organizations. Bluespeed
then prepares an Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP), based on
all of the information that we have acquired. The
ICP can then be submitted in writing to the client team
for approval. It is imperative that we clearly
understand and agree on the ICP before proceeding.
Researching
Once the ICP is finalized, the Bluespeed Technology Team
immediately launches an intensive research program.
We engage in extensive internet research and
word-of-mouth networking where existing sources are
contacted and new leads are vigorously pursued.
Candidate
Screening
Bluespeed Technology contacts prospective candidates and
begins screening promising candidates. Qualified
and interested candidates are presented with full
details about the client and the specific opportunity.
This ensures that all of the candidates submitted
by Bluespeed are not only qualified, but are also
interested and eager to pursue the position. Only
the most qualified candidates - both from a technical
and cultural perspective – are formally presented to
the client. We then discuss each candidate with
the client to determine which candidates to bring into
the formal interview process.
Interviewing
Bluespeed Technology is happy to assist in coordinating
each interview for the client. We also debrief
with both the client and candidate within 48 hours of
every interview to garner impressions and determine
subsequent steps. Information is shared with both
parties as the interview process continues. If,
for some reason, either the client or candidate wishes
to discontinue the process, we professionally convey
this, so there are no “hurt feelings.”
Culminating
Bluespeed Technology deftly addresses all issues for
both the client and candidate, making absolutely sure of
a correct match for both sides. We delicately act
as an impartial third party, negotiating potentially
uncomfortable discussions and creating a “win-win”
situation for both parties.
Reference
checking
Bluespeed Technology will perform all reference checks
on the client’s behalf. We have a standard
questionnaire that we can customize to suit each
client’s desires.
Following up
When it’s over, it’s not over. Bluespeed
diligently follows up with placed candidates and hiring
managers to ensure that the on-boarding process is
smooth and that any potential issues are addressed early
and are successfully rectified. |
